Don't you give up yet! Having people like you talk about your DDP yoga experiences helps to keep us other fellers motivated. I totally understand the time thing when you have such a young child, so maybe you just have to tone down the frequency, but make sure you are doing the workouts at least twice per week. Maybe you only have time to sneak in Energy. Maybe you and Mrs. return to the red took the little tyke to the pool, sneak in RHC afterwards. Sometimes even doing the little things helps to keep you going. You can do it, you'll find a way! Once rttr Jr. is a couple of months older you'll be back into the swing of things (and maybe only doing a couple of easier workouts will help rest your knee and shoulder). Keep it up, you've been doing good!
