All of them do, that's the big lie. Conservatism in North American poltics has not meant smaller government in the last 40-50 years. Yet people parrot it like it's a truth.
Look at both sides in the States. Both horribly wasteful.
In Canada, the recent libs actually cut government, conservatives grew it.

I like small government and less taxes so I vote conservative!
