In the beginning you will spend more time looking at the screen. As time goes and you get used to it you look at the screen less and less. Just yesterday I glanced at the TV and I noticed one of the participants catch himself from stumbling. I had never seen that before and I've done that workout at least a couple dozen times. When I do new workouts I'll look at the screen to see the new sequence or moves that hasn't been done in the previous workouts but it isn't for long. I've been contemplating finally downloading the MP3 versions and putting them on my iPod so I can watch hockey while I workout this fall/winter.
