The only case I know was about 20 LGBT guys publicly kissing in front of Russian government. They were charged for an unapproved political manifistation (EDITED: later I found
their own blog, who says that they were charged with "minor public disorder" — regardless they were NOT charged with gay propaganda), and they were fined and released. They didn't get any jail time.
