As a past renter of a hopestreet property up until last year, every time I had to deal with them it was always a pain. I didn't get the sense they were an experienced company. Every simple request or question never was able to be answered quickly, or at all.

it's not renting that is the issue... its the up keep and dealing with tenant issues is what i don't have time for. Thanks for the link
