Yes approval is going to be difficult but from what I've read both have done their homework and are presenting very good cases. And I'm all for having two tracks!

YES. There is more than enough money (ie: cars) in this city to support a track. Hell RaceCity was doing 'ok' all while being a run down dump of a facility.

It's really too bad how the whole Racecity lease issue went down because we're still probably 2-3 years away from a new track being completed.
