The last time I went to Tijuana, I got a massive case of food poisoning, then went to Vegas and ate at the Rio seafood buffet the next day. Highly recommended! The delicious crab legs, lobster and oysters wouldn't stay in me for more than about 10 minutes, so I never got full and was able to keep the eat/poop/eat/poop cycle going for several hours. I've never gotten so much food for the money. The next time I go out there, I might need to eat a bunch of raw chicken first to try to recreate my masterful seafood eating performance.
If you don't have any high quality seafood buffets near you, though, Gatorade is probably your best bet.
