I don't go to restaurants for service, I go for good food, but I still expect the server to be nice. I'd say 9 out of 10 times I have had service I'd say was very good, and for the most part have had great experiences with my gf when we dine out, but I dont tip more than 15%. I can only think of maybe 3 times I didn't tip and it was because it wasn't worth it, I don't believe in paying for waiters or waitresses wages, I tip for the server being part of the good service.

I don't tip more or less if the server is female or male, I don't go to restaurants to see girls, or what little they wear.
