I disagree; or at least it depends. As I mentioned before, Superstore has this policy down pat and it takes them very little time to confirm the price issue. Then you have somewhere like WalMart where it takes longer, and they also often have a long line at customer service. So I should have to wait in another line to allow the store to correct their mistake?
I know it can suck for other people waiting; which should be the incentive for stores to train their cashiers on the policy and act on it quickly. Why take the incentive away?
