A third rounder has a bout a 12% chance to make a career in the NHL. The thing about Hanowski is he's already gotten his feet wet, so he has some proven capabilities which puts him ahead of the rest of the list.
By the way just because I voted for Hanowski doesn't mean I don't have a good grasp of our prospects and their talents. I'm aware of every player posted in this thread and their good and bad points.
