At this point (and likely sooner) I am not really sure anyone can post rolly eyes or have any real indignation about who people vote for. We are talking about guys that are extreme long shots to play a full NHL season and who likely have upsides of AHL vets.
As for Hanowski himself I would say he clearly looked out of place in the NHL. He may take huge steps forward and improve but if we are using the 5 game NHL stint (which we shouldn't use alone) as a judge he is nowhere close to NHL ready.
