It's the 'reasonable grounds' part of this one that would trip this up. The person filming would have a very hard time convincing an officer/judge/jury that he felt he was in such physical danger of force from having his cell phone camera pushed away that he felt justified in feeding the lady he was filming a few shots.
It's the 'reasonable grounds' that trip a lot of folks up.
