Well mate, it sounds like you're getting really good results already. Steady and healthy, brilliant.
I lost about 80 pounds over the course of a few years by making the same kinds of changes you have. The most important thing is that you end up with a new, enjoyable, and sustainable way of living.....I haven't gained back the weight and neither will you.
Key thing to remember.....people typically gain weight slowly (1 or 2 pounds per month) over a long period of time. It's only natural that it comes off the same way!
