Just because some middle aged woman puts her hands on you and says something racist really dosen't mean that you can get all up in her grill and shove her down.
A cop is going to look at some young (I'm assuming young) bigger male who shoved over a lady and pretty much make the decision to at least charge you with assault.
A judge will look at the excuse that she yelled something racist and put her hands on me so I shoved her on her a$$ and laugh.
Plus it opens the way for a law suit when she complains that the shove caused grievous soft body tissue damage, post traumatic stress disorder, fear of strangers, fear of imigrants, the inability to sit on a toilet, the inability to work due to migranes and flashbacks and award her several 100's or thousands of your dollars.
Sure, if someone's a threat and has put you in physical danger, go nuts in terms of defending yourself, but shoving a old hag bonehead. that's just silly.
Sticks and stones and all that.
