I never know whether I believe he's telling the truth, or just telling us what he thinks will make him popular.
Its funny how quickly his evolution happened on changing grass laws. Pretty much happened after the polls came out on legalization. It was at last years liberal convention that he voted against it because he believed that legalizing would increase consumption. If you look in 2010 he was even against de-crimilization of grass because it wasn't your moms grass.
His brother died in 1998, so he's telling a bit of a fib, his evolution changed based on what made him more popular.
