There's a combination of things here. Actual yoga is an element. But you also get a lot of strength training via movement and isometrics. There's certainly an element of Tai Chi in terms of transistion work, and some limited calisthenics for heart rate and explosive use of muscles.

But its not traditional Yoga, I like the term power yoga.
