From what I understand, that man with the camera asked the lady with the two dogs if she would leash them while on the path. When she refused he pulled out his phone to video asking her again. That's when she dropped "go back to China where you belong" and a couple more remarks.

If you're walking your dogs on the path system I thought they had to be leashed. Either way, now that this has hit YouTube, she's going to catch a world of ridicule for what she said.

Hopefully he catches a bit too for filming vertically.
