You should have Firecore logo now on the ATV, it's called settings. Click on that and install maintenance (at least that's how it was when I jailbroke a year ago). Once maintenance is installed you will have another icon for maintenance. Click on that and it will then allow you to install Plex or Xbmc, Nito TV etc.
