I've had so many minor problems with my knees that I can't sit back on them very well yet. So the kneeling Diamond Cutters at the end of Fat Burner are still beneficial to me. Right now my right knee is the one that is causing me problems and I struggle to get into safety zone early in the workouts, but it loosens up as the workout goes along.

After three nights in a row of Diamond Cutter i decided to tone it back tonight but couldn't decide what to do. All this talk of Fat Burner has made up my mind. Here I go... eventually.
