I just added my work email to my phone and I have a couple questions, if anyone here knows the answers that'd be great.

1. How do I get emails to come through to my phone immediately, as opposed to having to hit refresh from inside the email app.....and is that even a good idea, or does it use up too much battery life?

2. While setting up my work email, I somehow managed to engage a feature where I know get an email every time I receive a text message. How do I turn that off?
