So far for keepers I was going to go
QB Brees
QB Luck
RB Ray Rice
WR Vincent Jackson
WR Crabtree
TE Witten
I have Vic Ballard and Ronnie Hillman as other RB options. I know Crabtree is out for a bit, but he pretty much won the championship for me last year as him and Kaepernick hit it off, so I think I lean to keep him as there is 1 IR spot. Should I keep Hillman and try to hancuff him to Ball with my first pick? Or just keep Ballard and hope he gets more of a roe in a West coast offence? Keeping in mind....3 teams needing 3 QB's means that 4 teams are really scraping the crapper or a bye week QB in a season that's only 11 weeks. So really if I'm not using all 8 keepers I should be trying to get the best bye week fill in at QB that I can.

I probably wouldn't give up a 5th for Crabtree, or a 6th for Witten, but that's me.
I'm in 2QB leagues as well - you're obviously doing great at that position. If I were you I'd be getting picks as high as I could to invest in younger talent at RB, or even a QB like EJ Manuel. If I can keep 8 in a 12-team 2QB league I'm looking to keep a 3rd QB so I'm never stuck without a QB2.
I'm not big on Ballard until Bradshaw gets hurt, and Montee Ball isn't impressing in Denver. There's no point handcuffing Hillman to Ball - I think these two end up both getting work but not enough to make either of them really valuable enough to give up a high pick for.
