How bad is it?

For every pick you made that I'd have done differently you got value somewhere else. There's crazy depth at QB this year so Brees in the 1st is going to hold you back (especially picking just before the turn with only 2 QBs gone), but getting Rice in the 2nd somewhat makes up for that.
You got some nice upside picks late in the draft with Jennings in the 11th and Givens in the 14th. RG3 in the 9th is fantastic, and may just save your team (more on that later).
I like Lacy but not as an RB2. I think Schaub will be fine as a QB2 for bye weeks - you have two QBs that should be every-week starters. I actually do
not think you should trade RG3 unless you can get top 5 QB value for him. I think you should trade Brees and run with RG3. Brees is perceived as a superstud while people are worried about RG3's recovery, but at the end of the year I bet these two aren't separated by more than 2 or 3 points per game. You'll probably get a much better RB2 return on Brees.
Is your waiver wire open?
These are the guys I don't see drafted that you need to go after immediately given your RB situation:
Ben Tate (Foster's having back injections and Tate's an instant top 10 RB if Foster misses time)
Ronnie Hillman (Montee Ball is whiffing on his opportunity to be the lead back here)
Danny Woodhead (SD likely to use him in the pass game a lot)
