I need a new power door lock switch for my wife's 96 Explorer. The piece is roughly one inch square and is a simple three wire bi-direction contact switch. It's probably worth about $0.25 to manufacture (being generous), but it turns out that Ford wants $59.87!
for it, and says it will take 4-6 weeks to get it in.
I've heard there are a few pick-a-part type places in town but have never been to one. Any recomendations from the do-it-yourselfer's in the croud?
