Sliver has a bit of an ally in Paul Rockley (Publisher of the Okotoks Western Wheel). Apparently he doesn't like dogs either... especially the 3 ft tall ones.
By the way, he was really exaggerating when he says there were "hundreds" of dogs there. He makes it sound like the street was over run with dogs.... not even close.
