So, is Ottawa actually having trouble getting people in the building?

I know these stats are imperfect, but they've been between 99-101% the last four years...

I don't imagine they are handing our comps left right and centre like a certain Arizona team to bring their distribution numbers up? I can imagine their corporate base isn't as strong as many places, but why would people want to move a team that seems to sell out every night (and have another hundred thousand + watch the games)?

I'm not suggesting the Devils should be moved, but according to that site, they are in the bottom 10-15 in terms of % of attendees (their arena isn't even very big - 17625), - despite being in the biggest metropolitan market in NA...
