Bringing this back to the goal song/FOB debate, I actually do have some specific reasons why I think the song is far from ideal. Yes, it is a simplistic chorus that could be chanted and yes, they do reference "fire" but, IMO, it is also a cheesy song, I don't find it has much, if any "pump up" value and I also find the singers voice to be rather grating having heard the song 5-10 times, I can't imagine having to hear it hundreds/thousands of times in the coming years.
