I'm his biggest fan, but Tebow is just wasting reps for the other 10 guys on the field at the moment. He's been let down a couple times by his teammates but he can't sustain a drive and has less touch than usual on his passes. The one thing he has shown immense improvement in is his pocket presence. He's standing in the pocket and actually scanning the field.

Edit: When he takes off and runs he is a fierce runner. Still think he could make an impact as a power HB or FB.
