I've been using TRX the past couple months. When I'm doing back, l like doing leaning backwards almost 45 degrees and pulling yourself forward whilst keeping your arms out and very slightly bent. Then pull yourself forward into an I shape, then next set do Y shape, and then finish with a T. Always keep the straps tight, let let them sag. Think of it as those guys directing planes into the gates. Hope that made sense...
