Default TRX Suspension Training

Has anyone tried TRX Suspension Training yet?

I'm so pumped about this workout. I've done P90X, Insanity, and Insanity Asylum in the past. I was shocked with how the TRX challenged me. I used muscles that I didn't know I had.

The problems that I ran into with my other workout regimes were as follows:

-p90x: The best all around weight training and diet plan. Major problem is takes so long. Workouts are around 1hr 20 mins.
-Insanity/Asylum: by far my favourite workout. After doing this for 60 days, I felt amazing. Best I've every felt in my life. Major problem is that the workouts destroyed my calfs. I blew both calf muscles and couldn't do anything for a few months.

-TRX looks to be the low impact solution that I need. After one 25 minute workout, I was completely drained and sore for the next few days.

Anyone else that is doing this? If so, can you recommend a good workout regime? I've searched youtube and found a bunch of exercises. But what I want is a free plan to follow. IE, Monday is stretching workout, Tuesday is Chest/Triceps. Wednesday is Cardio, etc.
