It's great for him that the Wings offered him $5.5 million but if I'm a Senators fan I'm glad they didn't offer that type of money to him. It's similar to Iginla here in that he's no longer worth market value to them at this stage of his career. They got a better player in Ryan and it was time to turn the page to new leaders taking over that locker room.
