I have heard both sides with regards to styrofoam.....it can be recycled vs it can not be recycled, there fore I put it in the blue bin and the sorters can decide if it is garbage or not.

Styrofoam can be recycled, but the city does not accept it in the recycling bins. It should go in your garbage.
