Back when Hank cornered Jessie and Walt in the RV at the auto-wreckers, Walt called Saul and had his assistant pretend to be from the hospital and say that Marie was in an accident...which made Hank leave the scene and allow Jessie to get away. Hank thought that it was Jessie who did it (because he thought that Jessie was the only one inside the RV). Now he speculates that, since Walt is Heisenberg, Walt was actually the one who organized the fake call.
