Horcoff still hold value as a 3rd line C whereas Tootoo is an overpaid gritty 4th liner. Teams can go to ufa market and find that player at a much lower rate. You could probably get Brendan Morrow at the same salary that Tootoo makes, i know who I'd rather want on my team.
