The kids who got caught doing this last summer in Discovery were from Queensland.
One neighbour let two boys go. He said they were just kids, "could have been our sons" and would rather get the guy who drove them over here. Car drives down the main road, kids do all the side streets and crescents.
Caught a girl, just 15. Police drove her home. No parents, lived with an older sister.
New neighbour from Cranbrook chased one a block or so, tackled the kid then got jumped by another he never saw. Those ones got away.
As the first neighbour said, I think it would be best to get the adults/older teenagers that are involved.
