I would think that that plan most likely got put on the back burner after the dome got flooded, they're probably more worried about replacing the existing ticket scanning equipment, if it was damaged.
As for the tickets, I talked to my ticket rep on Tuesday and she said early September, likely the first week, but she did say that things were a little behind due to the flood.
