Well of course they're there, they're the commissioner, but I think some 5'6" dude holding on to the Cup awkwardly making the Captain of the team wait so they can take some pictures just looks ridiculous. And these are pictures that no one cares to look at btw, no one wants to see their player with Bettman and the Cup, just with the Cup.
