I had voted Wotherspoon since round 3. Was going to vote for Poirier but both Knight and Sieloff have risen considerably after how much love they received from other posters which caused me to do some more digging (as much as you can on the internet anyways).
So now I'm torn between Poirier, Knight and Sieloff. I think Poirier is being discounted because he was the Flames second pick in the 1st round (if he was the only pick this past year, I think people would be more jazzed) and I really like his development curve and style of play. Knight is way better of a prospect than I originally thought - I had him as your run of the mill college grad with a little more upside. Until a couple days ago, I really underrated him. Sieloff's game, IMO, is a little behind Wotherspoon but I think they have very similar upsides (top 4) and similar likelihood of being a regular for the Flames in the next 2-3 years.
