I went with Poirier this round. Saw him a couple times in Gatineau last year (better value, better team and better arena location than the 67s).
He's probably the prospect I'm most excited about. Not nessasarily because he's the best player or has the most potential, but he is tremendously fun to watch. Good hands. Fastest player on the ice in games I saw in the Q. He may not have the beautiful stride of a guy like Lombardi, but it is just as effective.
He's also somewhat lucky in that he doesn't have the pressure of a guy like Baertschi or Monahan. He might be able to actually develop before the impatient turn on him.
