I too would prefer a green space over a lake, which is why I was sure to imply that a lake is objectively better
only if the communities that don't have a lake have an absolutely useless space instead, but nothing detrimental like a landfill or something such. I do realize a black hole is astronomically devastating but it's the first thing that came to mind!
