I hated Mike and was glad when Walt finished him. He was a thug and had no rightful high horse.

I disagree that Walt throws people under the bus. He is just a big picture guy, no different than Mike who likely killed a lot of bystanders on behalf of Gus (who was downright evil).

I was glad when Mike was killed.
