Just finished off my relocation. Very smooth process and the rep was very helpful.
Got very lucky with my seats. Moved from 215 - upper corner WHITES (as a 1st yr STH) - to centre ice in 226. Also 5 rows lower. The only down side is being more in the middle of the row.
Timing is everything. As mentioned previously, being first does not necessarily mean good seats. It depends on what seats are relocated and at what time.
