Winner - Martin Brodeur of the Edmonton Oilers - 118 pts
2nd place - Tie with Patrick Lalime and Marty Turco of the Thrashers and Senators - 111 pts each
3rd place - Olaf Kolzig of the Bruins with 104 points

Lanny McDonald Award
an annual award given to the player judged to be the most valuable to his team as voted by the general managers of all CPHL clubs.
Winner - Craig Conroy of the Atlanta Thrashers - 95 pts
2nd place - Martin Brodeur of the Oilers with 93 pts
3rd place - Radek Dvorak of the Canucks with 89 points

Sergei Makarov Award
an annual award given to the player selected as the most proficient in his first year of competition in the CPHL as voted by the general managers of all CPHL clubs.
