What do you think about a service like ClearlyContacts? I have been using them to order my contacts ever since I discovered them as the prices were about 2/3 of what I was paying at my optometrists. And they have crazy deals on glasses sometimes, even giving away pairs for free (plus shipping), so you can pay anywhere from $20-$300+ for glasses. Does this type of service hurt your sales do you think? Do enough people know about it to have it hurt you? Maybe it's not there yet, but does the potnetial of a service like that scare you a bit (obviously people need to get their prescriptions still, I don't know how much of your business is actually selling glasses, etc..)

Is the product of a lower quality somehow, or is it just the structure (low costs for the company for having a purely web-based store)?
