Take out the proximity to work as a plus, downtown or central living, isn't the awesome sauce that people make it out to be. This is especially true if you no longer are in your bar hopping days.

My post was more of a poke at Silver, however if one works in DT there is no better place to live in my subjective opinion.
As I said in a later post the most important value of my domicile is its proximity to work.
