Guess we know where much of the 250 million dollar budget is going to. They only spent 160 on First Class, so this one needs to be a mega-hit in order for it to be a success. It would almost be better if this movie is a bomb at the box office, and then somehow Marvel/Disney gets the rights back to the characters. Don't see that happening, but it already happened with Daredevil, and could happen with Fantastic Four as well.
The last movie that had a massive viral campaign was Prometheus too, and that was considered to be a disappointment in almost every aspect; it's going to be interesting to see how effective a similar strategy will be for Days of Future Past.
