I would much rather live there, as I would get 10 X more use out of Fish Creek park as I did when I was a kid in Bonavista. I made the trek through Parkland almost every day to go down there. Parkland is the best community ever in the history of ever, because it suits my needs better.

As I said, I'm not the one that made this about Lake Bonavista; however, since you brought it up I'll point out that Lake Bonavista also borders Fish Creek Park. I ride my bike there multiple times per week.
