These articles are always so ridiculous given that the rankings change so much from year to year. It's not like there's massive changes going on in neighborhoods every year that you should see such volatility in the rankings. It's not like Arbor Lake changed that much in 2013.
On that note, Arbor Lake as #1? I saw this as someone that grew up in Hawkwood next door. Lessee... bland grey vinyl, vast expanses of developer spec housing. Developer didn't give everyone a free tree so the place doesn't have the grown in look as other parts of the NW. Your usual power mall as an amenity?
Oh well. Knowing Avenue this will magically fall to 4th place in 2014 and then 8th in 2015.
