Although you should be able to take male children there to teach them life lessons and how to be a man, the bouncers won't let you.
It might also be a usefull place to take female children to show them just how low their lives will get if they don't focus on their studies, date less than desirable guys, and/or get tattoos. Once again, the bouncers won't let you do that either.
I'd advise going before the family shows up.
