One of the 49ers' beat writers spoke to a former player agent, Joel Corry, to find out what can happen next.

“Some players aren’t going to read the fine print in the addendums of the contract,” Corry said. “And that’s why you have an agent.”
** Corry mentioned the possibility of Brown recouping some of his lost salary by suing Overstreet.
“It’s pure negligence on the agent’s part,” he said. “… I’m having trouble comprehending how you don’t know the ramifications of him skipping the workouts with an escalator.”
