^^^ I spilled a lot on it, like a full glass directly on the keyboard. I've already done a time machine backup onto an external drive so I'm not concerned about my data.
I've been using it tonight, using the CD drive, surfing...everything works except it has the spots on the screen.
Probably not worth taking for repair as its a 2008 macbook...I'm probably due for new one anyways. The only thing is Im taking a course next week that I'll need it for, so if this one can survive for another week it'll be really handy. I can't get a new macbook (with the configuration I want) delivered in time for the course.
Next thread...what macbook should I get as a replacement
